About ZenMode
ZenMode is desktop software for running LinkedIn outreach from a Mac or Windows computer. Users create a campaign, define an audience, write or generate messages, and let ZenMode search LinkedIn, send connection requests, and follow up with accepted connections during business hours.
The app automates the user’s real browser session from their own machine and IP address rather than routing activity through a cloud server or shared proxy. Campaigns use human like timing and daily limits, and users can set a lower daily connection limit. ZenMode notes that LinkedIn restricts third party automation and that no tool can guarantee zero account risk.
Campaign sequences can include connection requests, messages, delays, and conditions. They stop when someone replies. ZenMode can generate a unique note for each prospect using profile information, company details, and recent activity. Eligible plans also support AI generated voice notes through a user supplied ElevenLabs key.
The unified inbox brings LinkedIn conversations together and includes reply classification and AI suggested replies. Users can track acceptance, reply, and meeting rates for each campaign. Sangha Intelligence presents opt in, anonymized patterns around openers, tones, and calls to action for similar audiences.
ZenMode supports importing a Sales Navigator search URL to create a campaign, resolving contacts to standard LinkedIn profiles before action is taken. It also includes a built in CRM, HubSpot and Salesforce sync, plus an API with signed webhooks on Practitioner plans and above. Teams can manage multiple LinkedIn accounts, while agency tiers offer white label options. The desktop app must remain on and connected to the internet while campaigns run.
What ZenMode does
- Desktop send
- The Mac or Windows app sends connection requests and follow-ups while it is open, from the LinkedIn window it opens on that machine.
- Stops on reply
- Follow-ups end when someone replies. Unaccepted invites can be withdrawn so they do not pile up.
- Two writing modes
- On Practitioner and up you can send your own templates with the name and company filled in, or let the AI draft each note. Novice is templates only.
- Voice notes
- Practitioner and up can send LinkedIn voice notes if you bring your own ElevenLabs key.
- Inbox and CRM
- Replies sit in one inbox. The site says they also sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.
Who it’s for
Founders and small sales teams who already do LinkedIn outreach and want the sends paced from their own computer. Skip it if you will not leave a desktop app running. LinkedIn can still restrict an account that automates. The site says no tool can promise otherwise.
What it costs
Every plan has a 14-day trial. Novice is $15 a month for one account and your own templates, with no AI. Practitioner is $49 for one account, plus AI writing and voice notes. Master is $99 for three accounts, Dojo $149 for five, Sensei $299 for ten, then $25 a month for each account past that. Annual billing is about 17% less. There is no per-seat fee.
