About Crontinel
Crontinel watches Laravel scheduler, Horizon queues, workers, backups, and agent runs. Also Node/Python SDKs. Open core, MIT, free tier. Uptime can be green while schedule:run is 17h late. Crontinel alerts on the run that should have happened.
What Crontinel does
- Scheduler heartbeat
- Records each scheduled task's run, exit code and duration and alerts on a missed run before the next cron tick.
- Worker and queue monitoring
- Tracks per-worker status, paused supervisors, queue depth trends and failed job rates.
- AI agent monitoring
- Tracks agent runs, tool calls, token spend, model latency and loops, which you can query through an MCP server.
- Deploy check command
- Running crontinel check in a deploy hook verifies the scheduler, supervisors and queues after each release.
Who it’s for
Laravel teams first, plus developers running cron jobs, queue workers or AI agents in Node, Python, Go, Ruby, PHP, Rust or .NET. Skip it if you only need URL uptime checks, or if you need paid features now, because the paid plans are not open yet.
What it costs
The hosted Free plan is $0 a month for one connected app, five monitors and seven days of history. Starter, Pro and Max plans are announced without published prices, and the self-hosted open-source packages are MIT-licensed and free.
