## About Talynce

Talynce is an AI recruiting platform that parses resumes, screens candidates, and runs AI phone and video interviews so hiring teams can automate recruitment. Founded 2025 in Noida, India. Tech: React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, Redis, Gemini.

## Why it belongs in these categories

- **HR & Recruiting (primary):** Talynce automates recruiting: resume screening, AI phone screens, video interviews and an ATS for hiring teams and staffing agencies.

## What Talynce does

- **AI resume screening** — Parses resumes, extracts skills and experience, and ranks candidates against each job.
- **AI calling agent** — Makes first-round phone screening calls to candidates.
- **AI video interviews** — One-way video interviews scored answer by answer on a single rubric.
- **Recruitment CRM and ATS** — Candidates, jobs and clients in one place, with Kanban or list pipelines and submission tracking.
- **Candidate portal** — Applicants check their status and join video interviews from their own portal.

## Who it’s for

Recruiters and staffing agencies that screen high volumes of candidates and want the first round automated. Companies hiring only a few roles a year probably don't need a full ATS and calling agent.

## What it costs

Free forever for 1 user, with 2,000 candidate adds a month, 2 active jobs and 10 AI video interviews. The Team plan is ₹1,199 per user per month plus 18% GST for 2 or more users and includes REST API access. AI calls and talent pool reveals use credits sold in packs.

List Maro is an early-stage, human-reviewed directory of SaaS products — nothing is published automatically. Numbered category rankings appear only after the published evidence thresholds are met; promoted placements are labelled and kept separate from organic ordering.
