## About CardShare

CardShare provides AI-generated group greeting cards that allow teams to celebrate occasions like birthdays, farewells, and work anniversaries together. Designed for teams in workplace settings, CardShare enables users to create and share personalized greeting cards quickly and easily through a link. Unlike traditional group card methods that require multiple follow-ups and coordination, CardShare simplifies the process by allowing each participant to add their message from their own device. The platform supports various occasions, such as promotions, holidays, and more, making it versatile for team celebrations. Users can describe the card or upload a photo, and AI will create the cover and a draft message, which the team can then edit. The service also integrates directly with Slack, allowing seamless use within team messaging channels without the need for additional software installations. Overall, CardShare aims to make group greetings thoughtful and efficient, with a focus on user convenience and collaborative spirit.

## Why it belongs in these categories

- **Communication (primary):** Teams use it to collect group messages for birthdays, farewells and work anniversaries in one shared card, including from inside Slack.

## What CardShare does

- **AI card design** — Describe the recipient or upload a photo, and AI designs the cover and drafts the opening message in the tone you pick.
- **One-link signing** — Everyone signs from one shared link in their browser and can add a GIF, with no account or app needed.
- **Photo templates** — Upload a photo, pick one of 34 scenes, and AI redraws that person into the scene as the card cover.
- **Slack app** — Typing /cardshareai in a Slack channel opens a form that creates a card and posts the signing link.

## Who it’s for

Teams, HR staff and friend groups who want one digital card signed by everyone, especially teams that already work in Slack. Skip it if you need printed cards, Microsoft Teams integration or SSO.

## What it costs

Designing a card, collecting signatures and sending it are free. A Teams plan with birthday tracking, reminders and scheduling is quoted by team size, and the site publishes no price for it.

## Works with

Slack, Claude, Giphy
